Document Preparation
All landlords will be provided with an online filing system that they will have 24/7 access too. Thus, making it very convenient to access any receipts and other files associated with the property. Also, landlords are provided with 1099 tax forms annually.
Maintenance
Property inspections are conducted every six months to ensure that the unit is kept up to the landlord’s standards. Contractors are on-hand to access, address, and correct any maintenance issues promptly to provide the tenant with an ideal experience.
